To capture the multidimensional nature of feeling stuck, I have created a series of five graphic paintings. Each painting depicts an anonymous, genderless human body confined in space, visually representing the mental state of feeling trapped. I have sought to convey a sense of motion and progression, suggesting that even in moments of stagnation, we are still moving forward, albeit slowly.
One unique aspect of this project is that each painting can be displayed horizontally or vertically, adding to the overall sense of motion and change. My hope is that this series of paintings will serve as a visual reminder of the universality of feeling stuck, and the potential for growth and movement even in our most challenging moments.
